Membership terms of use
Draft terms covering accounts, use of the service and account deletion.
Operator and scope
This service is operated by MIKISM PTY LTD. These terms govern membership accounts and use of the store.
Ordering, payment and parcel forwarding are not yet available. Prices, shipping charges, withdrawal, returns and other transaction terms will be provided separately before sales begin.
Registration and age
You must be at least 19 to register or purchase. At launch, we will not offer registration or purchasing for minors through a guardian consent process. The age declaration is self-reported and is not separate identity or age verification.
Registration is completed after authentication by email or a supported social sign-in method and completion of the required terms and collection/use consent.
Accounts and sign-in methods
Use your own information and keep verification codes and account access methods secure. You may connect additional sign-in methods only to your own account.
Separately created accounts, including those using Apple’s private email relay, and their carts are not automatically merged.
Access and restrictions
Browsing and guest carts are available without signing in. Account carts and member features require authentication.
We may restrict account misuse, security breaches, fraudulent orders and other conduct that disrupts the service. Where possible, we will explain the reason and how to challenge a restriction.
Account deletion and information
You can delete your account through the member menu after verifying your identity. If you wish to withdraw required personal information consent and stop using member services, you may delete your account or contact us.
Under the current deletion process, your profile, saved addresses, cart and linked consent records are deleted from the operational database when deletion completes. Security logs and backups in separate systems follow their respective retention arrangements. Separate retention and expiry of transaction evidence are implemented; the applicable fields and periods will be confirmed and explained before ordering opens.
Rights and changes to these terms
These terms do not limit rights under applicable consumer protection rules or mandatory law. They do not require a blanket waiver of statutory rights, including a minor’s right to cancel.
