Membership information collection and use consent

Required information and purpose

We process an email address where provided, member identifier, sign-in provider and linked identifiers, and authentication/session records for member identification and secure sign-in.

We process account carts, document versions, consent items and selections, record time and submission source to provide member services and verify consent. The actual fields supplied by each sign-in provider will be confirmed after connection.

Retention

Information needed for member services is retained during use and deleted from the operational database when the current account deletion process completes. Separate retention of security records and backups is addressed in the privacy policy.

Declining and withdrawing consent

You may decline consent. Without consent to processing required for membership, registration, account carts and other member features are unavailable. Public browsing and guest carts remain available.

The display name is optional. Leaving it blank does not disadvantage registration or purchasing. This required consent does not include marketing or overseas transfer consent.
